Demolition of the existing Conservatory and various sheds, structural improvements and the extension of the bungalow to a dormer-bungalow with single-storey garden room and office/store

Change of use from office use (Use Class E (B1) to residential (Use Class C3) with associated demolition of existing outbuilding, first-floor extension and single-storey flat roof extension, and part boundary treatments (walls and fences) to allow for the re-arrangement of external amenity areas and manoeuvrability of vehicles and alterations to existing access.

Prior approval for proposed Change of use from Commercial, Business and Service use (Class E) to mixed use including up to two flats (Class C3); Ground floor to remain in commercial use and office space above in upper floors converted to 1no. two-bedroom flat.
