Full planning permission for the part demolition of the existing former Co-op Store (flat roofed element to the rear) and redevelopment of the site to provide 9 residential units, comprising 5 terraced houses (C3) to the south, 4 apartments (C3) in the north, refurbishment of an existing flat and retail unit, landscaping, a new access and other associated works.

Alterations to the shop front to create a new access for two flats above the shop by forming a new doorway to the front elevation.

Prior approval for proposed Change of use from Commercial, Business and Service use (Class E) to mixed use including up to two flats (Class C3): ground floor upgrades to shop and reinstatement of 1 no. one bedroom flat at first floor.

Certificate of Lawfulness for the Proposed Use of A1 - Shops to both the ground floor units (as current use) and 3 no. first floor C3 dwelling flats; (2no. first floor C3 dwelling flats (units 1 & 2) were previously approved under application 21/01721/COL) this application is for 1no. new C3 dwelling flat only (unit 3).
