Non Material Amendment to approved application 23/00273/HOU to - 1) Reduction in size of Bi-Fold door on South Elevation to 3500mm, 2) Reduction in height of 3 off windows on North elevation to more common 1050mm from 1200mm, 3) Alteration of position of the shower room window by circa 1000mm to the west, 4) Movement of the personnel door in the garage to the N/E corner from central position and 5) Increase the length of the Annex by 300mm on the west elevation, no amendment to ridge height.
