Renovation of Mill House to include: Change of use of land from agricultutal to residential for the creation of new access onto Copis Lane, erection of timber framed garage, replacement of roof over mill, installation of swimming pool & conversion of existing outbuildings

Change of Use from Public House (Sui Generis), construction of single storey extensions and new stairwell with associated internal and external works to provide a convenience store (Use Class E) at ground floor level and one residential dwelling over two floors (Use Class C3).
