Certificate of lawfulness to certify that the proposed conversion of 2No. dwellings (1 & 2 Aviaries Cottages) into 1No. dwelling, as required by condition 4 of 19/02768/S73 and in accordance with conditions 2, 9 and 11 of the said permission (approved plans, landscaping and bat mitigation strategy) would be lawful if the works were begun prior to 8th June 2021.
