The carrying out of proposed alterations to the rear flat roof rainwater drainage. Demolition of parapet and extension of parapet gutter to form flat roof. Alterations to end gable window. Reinstatement of lead weatherings and installation of new cover flashings. Installation of plaster isolation system within ground floor room. Reinstate painted metal rainwater goods to replace current UPVC. Retrospective works for Replacement of flat roof coverings with GRP and insertion of new rooflight.
