Installation of solar panels on the roof of the detached potting shed, car port and stores within the curtilage of Long Sutton House.

Proposed re-roofing of outbuilding

Proposed En-Suite shower room, replacement roof light, construct new entrance steps, replacement inspection drain cover and sunken light-well to the cellar.-in part retrospective.

Internal works to aid fire detection and safety at ground floor and to replace stair access to first floor accommodation and alter layout with associated refurbishment; external works to roofs, removal of roof to lightwell, replace windows to rear, refurbish windows to front, addition of two rooflights to rear facing roof slope and two dormer windows to east facing roof together with general facade / chimney repairs and use of first floor as three short-stay holiday accommodation apartments (sui generis use)

Repair failed roof structure and ceiling. Removal of satellite dish and TV aerial. Removal of cement mortar from walls and repointing with lime mortar. Installation of partition wall and ensuite bathroom on first floor. Removal of historically inappropriate window and relacement with new window resembling existing rear windows. Removal of modern fireplace and restoration of original fireplace with replastering of dining room stonework in lime.

Various works to the annex including the erection of a single storey extension, the insertion of a new external doorway, some internal alterations, replacement windows, replacement rainwater goods, false timber door to hide meter box, relocation of boiler flues, replacement roof covering and replacement rooflight

Removal of asbestos roof, fitting of new exterior hardwood door and window, replacement of blockwork wall. (retrospective)
