Proposed works of repair, alteration, demolition and extension to dwellinghouse (Grade II listed), erection of ancillary outbuildings for vehicle parking, bat habitat creation, and garden machinery storage, formation of tennis court, and associated landscape and access works

Works A: The first is for the construction of a new building to accommodate a dining hall, classrooms and associated facilities to replace the existing redundant swimming pool. A number of external works and associated hard landscaping items are to be carried out to retain existing levels, offer outdoor seating, and a canopy within the playground. Works B: The second comprises a range of refurbishments and minor alterations within the existing school buildings, focused on the music block and staff/admin areas (Block A, C, H & TE).
