Erect a two storey extension. Take down dangerous part of north boundary wall and rebuild in accordance with structural engineers advice. Repoint part of existing boundary wall at the front of the property and replace coping bricks. Take up existing tarmac surface to parking area and relay with pavors, colour to L.A. approval.

SCC/3865/2021 The application seeks to construct a stone / tarmac access road. Road to be 3.5m wide and approximately 220m long and will include up to 3 passing bays along the route, at which point the track will be 5.5m wide. Double leaf security gates will be located at the southern end of the access road. These will be 6m wide and 2.13m high. There will also be a 2.13m high chain link security fence leading from the hedgerow at the junction with Temple Lane to either side of the gates and along the east side of the access road going north to the WRC boundary Additional works associated with the scheme will be constructed under Wessex Water's permitted development rights and are detailed in the Environment and Planning Statement included with this application.
