Variation of Condition 3 (Duration) of Planning Permission WD/D/20/000313 (Variation of Conditions 5 (Adherence to approved plans and details) and 6 (Depth of working) of planning application 1/D/12/000079 (for the winning and working of circa 1.5 million tonnes of sand and gravel) to vary the Phase 3 and 4 working plans, Restoration Plan and Cross Section Plan) to extend the end date to 31 December 2024 in order to restore the site.
