Change of Use of part of building and paddock (agricultural to dog care/training facility) and erection of new boundary fencing

Retrospective application for the construction of extended garden wall separating Sylvestris from the adjacent agricultural land and the construction of a unheated garden store abutting the garden wall at the end of the garden. The front half of the perimeter wall was rebuilt on the existing boundary line after the flooding brook undermined the foundations and the wall collapsed. The applicant built the wall to match the adjacent property's extended garden wall and garden store at 2 Kings Road.
