Variation to consent 20/00890/LBC to extend the Northern gable at first floor level, internal alterations and the permanent construction of a plant room.

Construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the property with alterations and improvements to existing garage space. Storm drainage of the extension will be drained to existing outlets running from existing garage outlets. The actual extension of the property is being built over already existing hard standing area so drainage will also be as existing and run into current outlets. No introduction of foul water appliances in the extension so no new foul runs in the extension needed.

Single storey extension at rear of house. Alterations to side garage and carport changing into residential kitchen and study room with new internal blockwork leaf and raised new flat roof construction.
