Open air storage of timber in connection with sustainable forestry processing, including milling for a temporary period of time of 3 years

44 Feiashill Road was erected as an Agricultural Workers Dwelling following the granting of Planning Permission dated 7 September 2001 Ref. 00/01017/VAR. Condition 1 stated 'The occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to a person solely or mainly employed, or last employed locally in agriculture, as defined in Section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990; or in forestry, or a dependent of such a person residing with him/her (but including a widow or widower of such a person)'. The dwelling has been occupied continuously since 28 August 2009 as a residential dwelling by a person who was not employed in agriculture as per Condition 1 of the planning permission.
