The scope of works includes converting the loft of the bungalow to relocate the bedrooms to the new first floor and remodelling at the ground floor with new open plan living, kitchen and dining space, a gym and office accommodation.

Subdivision of the existing Unit 3 building along the central line of the warehouse element of the building to create two units with all of the existing office accommodation attributed to Unit 3 whilst also creating a new entrance to the newly created Unit 3A. Externally, subdivision of the existing car park and service yards, the formation of two new entrances into the Unit 3 and 3A car parks and also the introduction of a new gatehouse to serve Unit 3 to match the size and appearance of the existing gatehouse that would serve Unit 3A. Redistribution of car parking spaces to retain the previously consented number and reconfiguration of the security fencing line to take account of the introduction of the new gatehouse.

Demolition of existing workshop and erection of replacement workshop to provide showroom, reception, offices and conversion of dwelling to offices and managers accommodation and formation of car parking areas to be used in association with relocated forklift and plant/maintenance/repair/hire/sales business
