Chillington Conservation Area: T5, Quercus spp. (Oak) - Selective limb removal relating to previous failure as specified. T3, T4 and T5, Ulmus (Elm) - Dismantle and remove a total of 8 Elm stems. T9, Salix spp. (Willow) - Crown lift to 5.5 metres over highway. T3466, Quercus spp. (Oak) - Selective failed limb removal over highway. T4, Fraxinus spp. (Ash) - Dismantle and remove a total of 4 Ash stems. T1947, Quercus spp. (Oak) - Dismantle and remove. T16958, Fraxinus spp. (Ash) - Dismantle and remove. T16959, Quercus spp. (Oak) - Selective removal of mostly dead limb over lay-by. T19173, Fraxinus spp. (Ash) - Dismantle and remove.

TPO No. 10/1975: Tilia spp. (Lime) x 2 - Remove epicormic growth from main stem only, crown thin by up to 10% and height reduction of tree closest main dwelling by up to 2 metres.

Pattingham Conservation Area: Cedrus spp. (Cedar) - selective branch removal of two lowest limbs approx 8 inch diameter. Acer spp. (Maple) - Crown lift by 1.2 metres.

Kinver Conservation Area: T1, Castanea spp. (Sweet Chestnut) - Pollard T2, Castanea spp. (Sweet Chestnut) - Dismantle and remove T3, Cedrus spp. (Cedar) - Selective limb removal of dead / damaged branch T4, Robinia spp. (False Acacia) - Dismantle and remove
