Wombourne Conservation Area: T1, Fagus spp. (Beech) - Remove lowest 3 limbs and reduce height to 2.5 metres. Homeowner has asked for three lowest limbs to be removed; this is to gain some more room around base of tree to aid access to pagoda. height to be reduced to just above garage roof 2.5m. Home owner feels this will increase the light into back garden and also reduce the amount of leaves that fall in autumn.

TPO No. 36/1970: T1, Fagus spp. (Beech) - crown lift to 4.5 metres, crown reduction to establish 3 metres clearance from roof and reduce lateral spread on all branches within 8 metres of ground level by up to 2.5 metres.
