Wombourne Conservation Area: Taxus spp. (Yew) - Reduce lateral branches over church yard by up to 1 metre and lateral branches growing towards Manor Court to provide up to 2 metres clearance.

Wombourne Conservation Area: Chamaecyparis spp. (Lawson Cypress) - reduce height to 10 metres. Juglans spp. (Walnut) - establish up to 2 metres clearance from BT line. Quercus spp. (Oak) - re-cut old pruning points to BS3998 standard. T137, Prunus spp. (Purple Leaf Plum) - establish up to 1.5 metres clearance from building, crown raise to 6 metres over the road and 3 metres over grass. Aesculus spp. (Horse Chestnut) - establish up to 0.5 metres clearance from BT line. Acacia spp. (Acacia) - crown lift to 4 metres over footpath and clear signage by up to 0.5 metres.
