We wish to erect a single storey extension to the rear of our house which will be 7m wide x 4m deep and a maximum height of 4m.

Demolition of existing bungalow and construction of new 4 bed detached house and detached single garage

Existing C3 Use class of existing Farmhouse within Use Class order. Requesting a Certificate of Lawful use of the Farm House and some outbuildings as C3b : adult persons living together as a single household and receiving care. The C3b use will apply 24/7.

Proposed Demolition of existing Bungalow and garage ,due to state of dis-repair, beyond economic salvage. Replacement with new dwelling and double Garage with Lofted Home Office.

Use of the dwelling house to provide care and support to a maximum of 3 young persons (aged between 6 and 18 years). Usually no more than 3 adult carers resident at the premises at any one time (plus a manager visiting between the hours of 9am-5pm). There would typically be a maximum of 5 cars parked on site each day.

The application is for the Outline Permission for an Agricultural Workers Dwelling to house a full time agricultural worker.
