The proposal is for the retrospective change of use of a former agricultural building at Westcroft Farm to commercial use, for storage of silk flowers as part of an online silk flower arrangement business.

Retrospective application for the construction of extended garden wall separating Sylvestris from the adjacent agricultural land and the construction of a unheated garden store abutting the garden wall at the end of the garden. The front half of the perimeter wall was rebuilt on the existing boundary line after the flooding brook undermined the foundations and the wall collapsed.
