We are seeking to change drawing 2240-26-REV B stating roof tiles to match existing under condition 2. New drawing 2240-26-REV D to state roof tiles to as Marley Ashmore, smooth grey roof tiles. 2240-26-REV B to be updated to 2240-26-REV D to include change of roof construction from flat roof to gable at rear.

Capelle House is a three storey, red brick building built in the early 1960s. The building has a basement used for plant equipment accessed via an external stair down. A single storey element to the north sits next to the main three storey part of the house. There is a regular window arrangement at each floor and the building is finished with a simple, clay-tile, hipped roof. Wells House is a two-storey, red brick building also built in the 1960s, however we understand it's design and construction followed the completion of Capelle. The Wells building shares a party wall with Capelle where a single storey portion sits. This then connects to the main two storey part of the building, which again has a regular window arrangement at both floors. Externally the red brick is broken with what appears to be cement board sections recessed back from the external wall line. The building is finished with a simple, clay-tiled gable roof.

Single storey side extension, converting garage into habitable space. Construction size, length 6.0m, width 2.4m, height to eaves 3.0m. Flat Roof. Build will meet boundary line, continuous from current existing wall of garage, forwards to meet the front of original dwelling front wall.

The works will be to carry out the following to an existing detached bungalow : Thermal upgrades to the existing exterior, conversion of the attached garage to form living space, the addition/conversion of the roof space space to provide a dormer first floor for bedrooms and bathrooms including the area over the existing garage, and the construction of a detached double garage.

Construct new extension to lounge and remove existing chimney breast and wall to form large family lounge. Construct new boot/wetroom accessed via extending original porch entrance. Strip and remove tiles from main roof to under cloak breathable membrane to be fitted and replace roof tiles. Replace UPVC windows with wooden sach windows as original build. All new brickwork to match original 1912 construction

Single storey extension at rear of house. Alterations to side garage and carport changing into residential kitchen and study room with new internal blockwork leaf and raised new flat roof construction.

Construction of partial first floor extension over existing ground floor extension with 2No. pitched roofs to match existing primary roof pitch. Re-modelling of existing ground floor extension to provide bi-fold doors and section of glazed roof.

Construction of wet room at ground floor adjacent to gable of existing house, partly in garage, together with re -roofing to garage,change from flat roof to pitched. Conservatory to the rear of the property.
