Discharge of Conditions: Condition 3- Landscaping proposals are submitted with this application. Condition 5- The location of tree protection fencing is shown on the Tree Protection Plan within the Arboricultural Report submitted with this application. Condition 6- There is no construction work, drainage runs and excavation work proposed within the protective fencing/root protection areas of retained trees. Condition 10- A materials scheduled is submitted with this application. Condition 15- Boundary treatments are shown on drawing 20009/4B submitted with this application.
