Installation of 2 meter retaining boundary wall and associated landscaping

G129 Row of Lime - prune overhang by 1-1.5m back to line of low dwarf wall at boundary of site.

Coppice Individual Hazel and Hazel Groups - Within the Area marked on the plan we wish to carry out the work to all hazel trees within this boundary. Coppice Selected Holly - coppice all holly under 75mm in diameter within the boundary of the site. Cut to ground level all self-sown sycamores under 60mm diameter - within the boundary of the site. Cut to ground level poplar suckers. Fell 1 dead tree. Reduce boundary hedge to fence height.

The trees in the area highlighted - to be cut back to the boundary as marked on drawings.

T1 Horse chestnut in rear garden/car park on southern boundary. FELL to near ground level.

T1- oak adjacent to customers left hand boundary belonging to 15 sylvan cave use . Prune upper crown over hanging customers land in height by approx 2.5-3m . Reduce middle to low laterals growing towards property by approximately 2-2.5m being mindful to go back to natural growth points. Remove major dead wood from all of crown overhanging customers property on the west side only. T2- oak reduce upper crown facing west towards property by approximately 2m to suitable growth points . Prune back laterals to provide adequate clearance from property at approximately 3-4 m . Remove major dead wood for safety.

Installation of new boundary fence with increased height to replace existing boundary fence.

Replacement of existing boundary fence with new 1.8m boarded fence

Reduce corner of tree group (mixed species) back to gain 2m clearance from boundary of property and crown raise to 4m. Crown raise all trees to 4m from ground level

Installation of side and rear dormer windows and removal of one chimney to facilitate loft conversion, partial demolition of front boundary wall and terrace within rear garden
