Application for a lawful development certificate for the proposed construction of two single-storey extensions to the rear of the property and alterations to the front porch. The proposal also includes alterations to the existing porch to the front of the house. Furthermore, the front dwarf wall will be demolished and a new brick wall/planter will be erected to create an opening directly adjacent to the porch, making for an easier access to the property.
