Alterations to the existing boundary treatment; including timber slats to the existing fence, new pedestrian access point with parent waiting area, refuse storage and new fencing/ access gates surrounding the school car park and multi-use games area.

Coppice Individual Hazel and Hazel Groups - Within the Area marked on the plan we wish to carry out the work to all hazel trees within this boundary. Coppice Selected Holly - coppice all holly under 75mm in diameter within the boundary of the site. Cut to ground level all self-sown sycamores under 60mm diameter - within the boundary of the site. Cut to ground level poplar suckers. Fell 1 dead tree. Reduce boundary hedge to fence height.

T1 -Crown lift pine trees on roundabout to 3 m and formative prune to ensure tree crowns are balanced T2 - Remove deadwood from crown of pine tree adjacent to car wash area and reduce crown overhanging this by 2.0 meters T3 - Fell and remove branches of dying lime tree in Central car park bed T4 - Crown lift Alder in central car park bed to 4 meters T5 -Crown lift line of trees along edge of car park to 4 meters T6 - Crown lift line of trees at back of main car park area to 4m T7 - prune line of trees alongside click and collect kerbline to 5.2 meters T8 - fell and remove dead elm tree from side of property adjacent to PFS T9 - crown lift 3 x Oak trees to 4.5 meters in height and reduce tree growing onto PFS canopy by 4 meters T10 - Fell and remove leaning tree from delivery yard fenceline and clear a 1 meter strip alongside fenceline, removing overhanging branches. Also The line of Eleagnus shrubs nearest the store will be cut back to level with the existing fenceline and the remaining shrubs on the store side of the fence will be pruned to 1 meter in height. All trees along the boundary will be pruned back to level with the fenceline removing saplings which are leaning over the fence from the neighbouring land. T11 - The lower limb on the car park side of the Tilia petiolaris will be removed to balance the crown and remove epicormic growth from this tree. Fell and remove the two small saplings growing underneath this tree. T12 -Remove epicormic growth from the two Tilia's growing in the island bed. The team will aso prune branches to give 1m clearance from lighting columns to allow light to illuminate the areas around each column

Redevelopment of the site to provide a builders' merchant (with PV cells), including trade counter and ancillary showrooms for the display, sale and storage of building, timber and plumbing supplies, plant and tool hire, including outside display and storage; along with the relocation of sub-station, provision of 28 nos. vehicular parking spaces (including 4 nos. EV charging spaces) and 14 nos. cycle parking spaces, landscaping and new boundary paladin fence following demolition of existing bowling centre.

T1 Oak - Reduce lateral spread towards both buildings by up to 3 meters and the height by up to 2 meters to reshape and rebalance the overall crown. Removal of major deadwood throughout. T2 Beech - Removal of small lowest lateral growing over the driveway to the main stem. Tip prune other low laterals as necessary over the driveway to clear the BT line by 2 m T3 Conifer - Removal of the dead section in the upper crown. T4 Scots Pine - A self-set, asymmetric tree growing in close proximity to the boundary fence and shed. Fell to ground level.
