A) To re-shape the evergreen bushes (Thuja) and reduce their height by 1-2 metres. The Thuja closer to the house is currently 500cm high and 400cm wide. The Thuja further away from the house is currently 600cm high and 400cm wide. We wish to take 200cm off the height and 160cm off the width of both of these Thuja. B) reduce the height of the entire hedge-line to 3-4 metres. We would like to take out the Thuja trees in the top third of the hedge-line (marked as B2, see Photo 4). Reduce the width of the Thuja in B1 to 150cm from stem. C) reduce the height to 500cm; to cut away vertically on the neighbours side of the property back to 30cm from the stem so that going vertically from the neighbours fence, nothing hangs over into their property and to reduce the spread from the stem on the other three sides to 150cm. The Thuja closer to our house (paler green, in the area marked C on the overview) consists of two trees. We propose reducing the height to 300cm; and to take off a maximum of 30cm from the spread. D) To remove the stand-alone Thuja tree (marked as D) in our front garden as it blocks the light from the front bedroom. The tree was overgrown with ivy, and following removal of the ivy, the underlying branches have been revealed to have died off. The shrub/tree now looks very unattractive, in addition to its blocking light. The Thuja next to it would just be reshaped to return it to a tidy appearance. See Photo 12

T1 - Quercus cerris, Turkey oak - Remove two secondary limbs at appropriate pruning point as per BS 3998, 7.2.5 Figure 2. Please refer to Photo 1. Prune all other overhanging branches no more than 2 metres off in places. If only allowed to reduce the branches in line with the property boundary fence this would less but would be effectively terminating branches between growth points.

T1 Cherry - Clearing visible splay. Reduce spindly extended limbs by 2m to maintain the health of the tree G1 Laurel - Reduce to fence line to provide 2.5m clearance from building T2 Cypress - Fell dead tree (Image attached) T3 and T4 Cypresses - Fell due to sparse canopy and low arborcultural value

Potential weak point above play area - Remove whole branch back to main stem Oriental Sweetgum 2021 Branches touching building & canopy and lowest branch NE side low over entrance path before two steps to main door to reception - 1) prune to clear building/canopy by 0.5m 2) remove lowest branch on NE side back to main stem Swedish Whitebeam 57cm dbh - remove deadwood

T1 - Sycamore - Removal of epicormic growth to crown break and crown lift over to private garden to 4 meters. No height or spread to be affected These works are to be carried out to clear obstruction to private fence and grass area and to allow for future safety inspections

T1 Large Mature Poplar - Remove/reduce all overhanging branches back to the fence boundary from over carpark/garden/building T2 Hornbeam - Reduce height to 3ft below top floor window, Reduce inside 1,5ft away from building, Shape remaining crown in proportion T3 Sycamore x2 - Fell to ground level

T39 Lawson Cypress - Fell as close to ground level T75 & 76 Butterfly Bush - Fell and poison stump to prevent regrowth. On top of wall Opp. Lindoe Close G3 Norway Maple - Remove two fallen dead trees off of fence

T1 Turkey Oak - Crown raise over the road and access to garage area to 5.2 metres to meet statutory requirements. Reduce the lateral branches overhanging the garden of 65 Robinia Green back to suitable points as near to the fence line as possible. Remove all sucker growth and smaller diameter stems from around the base of the tree.
