Clump of Birches (T3 - T8) - Fell due to decreasing/poor vitality, extensive colonisation of multiple fungi and proximity of applicant's and neighbour's dwelling(s) and outbuilding. Birch (T9) - Fell due to low amenity value, excessive shading of lower garden area and competition with adjacent Leyland Cypress. Birch (T10 - T12) - Fell due to decreasing/poor vitality and proximity of neighbouring fence-lines and vegetable garden. *All trees to be removed will be replanted with suitable replacements, to promote biodiversity and wildlife.
