T1 - Pedunculate Oak - Reduce lateral spread in the low to mid-crown over driveway (6-14 Hamble House) by 1.5m back to previous pruning points. Raise canopy over driveway to 5m.

T1- oak - prune back 1 x large limb by up to 3m overhanging house T2- oak - prune back branches overhanging house by up to 3m

Ash, Maple (Group 1, P1) - reduce Scarlett Ash by 3 metres laterally adjacent to Unit 14 to clear metal staircase; remove 2 no. standing dead Maple. Ash, Maple (Group 1, P2, P3, P4) - reduce laterally by 2 metres throughout rear of Unit 20 and Unit 13 to maintain clearance from building. Sycamore (Group 2, P1, P2) - remove multiple seedling trees to restore clearance from Units 13 & 12. Sweet Chestnut, Sycamore (Group 2, P3) - reduce mid and upper crowns by maximum 3 metres laterally to restore clearance from Units 11 & 10; remove significant dead wood. Ash, Sycamore, Holm Oak ( Group 3) - reduce laterally by 2 metres throughout south and east of Viceroy House to restore clearance from building. Sycamore, Ash (Group 4, P1-P4 inclusive) - remove standing dead, dead wood and heavy Ivy infestation throughout group; reduce laterally throughout by maximum 3 metres to maintain clearance over access road. Elm (Group 5, P1) - remove standing dead tree rooted above north west corner of group. Sycamore, Oak ( Group 5, P2 & P3) - crown-raise to 4 metres from ground level around edges of car park to restore clearance for parking spaces and to reduce overhang.

T1 Eucalyptus. Recommendation: Fell. Tree is located in back garden. The specimen is growing too close to house with large roots now appearing on surface, best option is removal. T2 Conifer. Recommendation: Fell. Tree is located in front garden. Tree has become too big and is now overhanging the house, remove and replant with a Rowan

T1 - Dismantle the declining Alder located at the right side of house T2 - Alder right front of the house, Removal all dead branches. to reduce risk of branch failure.

Removal of dead wood to be carried out on all trees at the same time as other works. Tree 1 (T1) - Large Beech tree directly behind the house to be reduced by 4 metres off the top and 2m on the sides. Tree 2 (T2) - Medium Beech by hedgerow to be reduced by 2.5m on top and 1.5m on the sides. Tree 3 (T3) - Medium Beech tree in lawn to be reduced by 2.5m top, 1.5m sides. Tree 4 (T4) - Medium Beech tree in lawn to be reduced by 2.5m top, 1.5m sides.

Holm Oak (T2) - Reduce side over garden by 2m back to suitable growth points, matching into where we have previously reduced the tree by the house

G1 - Mixed Species - Line of mixed specie trees overhanging from Charlton House Independent School on to Beech Avenue. Remove all split, hanging branches over the footpath/road. Remove all deadwood that has the potential to fall into the path/road. Fell the self-set Sycamore rubbing on the adjacent Robinia. Remove the lowest lateral branch from the Sycamore overhang the footpath adjacent to the 'no cycling' sign. Cut the 3/4 Ash Stem that lean heavily over the fence/footpath back to the fence line. Prune to achieve a 1.5 metre clearance from all street lamps. Prune the low branches from the end group of Sycamores overhanging the fence into the school playground by 2.5-3 metres. Tree 2 (T2) - Medium beech by hedgerow to be reduced by 4m on top and 2.5m on the sides. Tree 3 (T3) - Medium beech tree in lawn to be reduced by 4m top, 2.5m sides. Tree 4 (T4) - Medium beech tree in lawn to be reduced by 4m top, 2.5m sides. Tree 5 (T5) - Scots Pine, remove snapped/twisted limb pointing towards road, bring the top down by 2m and sides in 2m. Removal of dead wood to be carried out on all trees at the same time as other works.
