Request for a Scoping Opinion under Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations 2017 for the redevelopment of the site to provide a 9-storey hotel together with the strengthening of the pier; the reclamation of land to facilitate the construction of 4 residential towers comprising 380 flats with ground floor commercial uses and basement car parking; the part demolition of existing office to facilitate new public thoroughfare and public realm; the reconfiguration and extension of the existing marina with additional pontoons and additional berths with associated infrastructure and landscaping works.

Redevelopment of the site to create 128 residential dwellings comprising a mixture of 21 x 3-bed houses and 107 flats (29 x 1 and 78 x 2 bed) with associated car parking, bin, cycle storage, landscaping and public open space (resubmission of planning applicaiton 18/01373/FUL).

Erection of fourth storey extension at roof-level to the north and west residential blocks to provide an additional 8 flats (6 x 2 bed and 2 x 3 bed) with associated cycle/refuse storage (Outline application seeking approval for Access, Layout, Landscaping, Appearance, and Scale)
