G1 - Mixed species inc. Holly, Bay & Viburnum - excluding broad-leaf trees at end of ground (located at front of property, along boundary line) Reduce hedge line to level with middle of top window (up to 2m), trim side growth with hedge cutters up to 30cm. Reduce (by up to 2m) & shape end Holly and remove 3/4 small diameter stems to ground level. Routine maintenance of high hedge/ small trees and provide clearance from building. G2 - Bay (located in rear garden area) - Reduce height by up to 50% (up to 2m), trim/ reduce side growth over garden with hedge cutters up to 30cm. Routine maintenance of small trees/ shrubs. T3 - Cherry (located in rear garden area) - Crown lift to 2-2.5m above ground level. Provide clearance over lawn and shrub bed. T4 - Pear (located in rear parking area) - Reduce height by 2-3m and shape sides 0.5-1m. Provide clearance over carpark. G5 - Mixed species inc. Bamboo, Mahonia and Cypress - Clear all trees and shrubs from the shrub bed at rear of building, leaving stumps at 1ft. Dilapidated shrub bed to be cleared as part of renovation project.
