T2 Oak - Multi stemmed Oak adjacent to T1, removal of major deadwood throughout. Crown lift 2.5m over footpath and 5.5m over highway. Reduce laterals extending towards garage roof to give 1.5 metres clearance. T4 Chestnut - Crown lift to approximately 5 - 6 metres by removing epicormic growth up to first primary laterals. Reduce laterals growing over garage by up to 2 metres to maintain clearance. Reduce laterals extending towards chimney by up to 2 metres to maintain clearance. Reduce laterals extending towards neighbouring property by up to 2 metres. Reduce remaining overextending limbs by up to 2.5 metres to maintain an overall aesthetically pleasing and well balanced crown. Remove major deadwood throughout crown. T5 Chestnut - In decline with significant cavity near base. Reduce in height to just above first main union above bird box, utilising a MEWP.

T1 - Oak tree - reduce crown on the house side by up to 25% removing no more than 2.5 meters on the sides to stop the branches encroaching onto the house and to let a bit more light into the garden. Remove first 3 branches back to the trunk to lift the canopy over the garage and car port to give adequate clearance over the garage roof.

T1 Yew - Reduce height to approximately 1m below BT wire. Trim up to 5cm to shape and push back overhang up to 50cm from number 77 drive while maintaining sufficient growth. T2 Holly - Reduce in height by 3-4 metres to suitable growth and prune laterals up to 1.5m as required to maintain an aesthetically pleasing shape as part of a collective crown with T3,T4 and T5. Lift to 2.4m over footpath to maintain statutory clearance. T3 Holly - Reduce in height by 3-4 metres to suitable growth and prune laterals up to 1.5m as required to maintain an aesthetically pleasing shape as part of a collective crown with T2,T4 and T5. Lift to 2.4m over footpath to maintain statutory clearance. T4 Yew - Reduce in height by 3-4 metres to suitable growth and reduce laterals by up to 2m to suitable growth points to maintain an aesthetically pleasing shape as part of a collective crown with T2,T3 and T5. Lift to 2.4m over footpath to maintain statutory clearance. T5 Yew - Reduce in height by 3-4 metres to suitable growth and reduce laterals by up to 2m to suitable growth points to maintain an aesthetically pleasing shape as part of a collective crown with T2,T4 and T5. Lift to 2.4m over footpath to maintain statutory clearance. T6 x 2 Holly Stems - Showing some signs of declining growth. Fell to ground level to allow understory to re-establish in it's place and to allow more sustainable future management. T7 Holly - Reduce in height by approximately 3m to match height of adjacent bamboo. Trim over up to 20cm to tidy. G1 Western Red Cedars - Reduce line of cedars in height by approximately 6m utilising a 21m MEWP. Crown lift to give 2m clearance from garage roof. Proposed works are to ensure a good/safe clearance is maintained.

T8 Western Red Cedar and Climber - Crown lift over the garden building to maintain a clearance of 1.5 metres back to suitable growth points. T9 Forsythia - Trim back the overhanging branches back to previous cut point which extend over the path and garage roof.

T4 - Beech - Prune the low branches that are becoming close to the roof back by 1 metre. T5 - Oak - Remove all major deadwood >20mm. T6 - Oak - Prune the lateral branches over the church roof to give a clearance of 2 metres from the roof. T7 - Oak - Remove major deadwood >20mm from throughout the crown. T8 - Oak - Removal of major deadwood >20mm and crown raise over the parking/garage area to 4.5 metres.
