Extensions and alterations to existing office to provide a three-storey office with restaurant (Departure from Development Plan)

Development and operation of: a new truck park (incorporating welfare, cafe/restaurant and office facilities); a new pre-gate facility for Southampton Container Terminal; associated administration, security, lighting, drainage, and service infrastructure, removal of existing structures and infrastructure, and new internal port access arrangements.
