Change of use of existing building from retail (Class E) to a flexible general industrial or storage or distribution warehouse use (class b2/b8) including ancillary office space, together with associated external alterations and provision of associated access, landscaping, car parking and servicing areas.

Part change of use of two retail units on ground floor to ancillary uses for the existing student accommodation with internal layout configurations on all the floors resulting in an increase from 155 units to 162 units on upper floors (with no change in 173 student bedspaces).

Change of use from retail store (Class E) to a craft ale house (Sui Generis).

Alterations to shop front to include new access to ground floor retail units & new access to first floor office.
