(T5) Oak tree "Quercus" located next door - To carry out lateral reduction of 2-3 meters back to the property boundary line of overhanging limbs along passageway and rear car park.

G1 - Mixed species inc. Holly, Bay & Viburnum - excluding broad-leaf trees at end of ground (located at front of property, along boundary line) Reduce hedge line to level with middle of top window (up to 2m), trim side growth with hedge cutters up to 30cm. Reduce (by up to 2m) & shape end Holly and remove 3/4 small diameter stems to ground level. Routine maintenance of high hedge/ small trees and provide clearance from building. G2 - Bay (located in rear garden area) - Reduce height by up to 50% (up to 2m), trim/ reduce side growth over garden with hedge cutters up to 30cm. Routine maintenance of small trees/ shrubs. T3 - Cherry (located in rear garden area) - Crown lift to 2-2.5m above ground level. Provide clearance over lawn and shrub bed. T4 - Pear (located in rear parking area) - Reduce height by 2-3m and shape sides 0.5-1m. Provide clearance over carpark. G5 - Mixed species inc. Bamboo, Mahonia and Cypress - Clear all trees and shrubs from the shrub bed at rear of building, leaving stumps at 1ft. Dilapidated shrub bed to be cleared as part of renovation project.

T1- Red Oak sp, to selectively crown thin by 10% to allow light to filter back into the garden; sever the ivy. Tip reduce the canopy by 2m. H2-Leylandi hedge along the rear boundary to reduce by circa 1.5m. T3- Rhododendron reduce by 2m in height to leave at 1.5m T4 -Pittosporum reduce in height by 2m to leave at 1.5m above ground level to allow to bush. T5 -Laurel reduce to circa 1m above ground level to allow to regenerate into manageable hedge. T6 - Leylandii to dismantle to the lowest level. Left to via for light and become very spindly. T8 - 2no multi stem Bay to remove. T9 - Holly to reduce in height by 2.5m leaving at 4.5m. T7- Cedar, to fell. Garden cramped with various trees, allow light into the garden leaving the Oak (T1),to flourish as a stand alone tree.

G1 Ash & Maple reduce and re shape up to 2 meters cut back away from building over No 52 ideally to boundary. T2 Pine Crown lift to 4 meters from ground removing only the smaller branches and not limbs, cut back any lateral branches over property by up to 2 meters in order to clear roof and keeping cuts size around 75mm, cut away from lamp post by 0.5 to 1 meter.

G1 - 2x conifer at front of property to cut to ground level and remove from site T3 - Cherry to fell T4 - Purple leaves plum to fell (dying) on rear boundary

T1 Bay - reduce and trim to maintain the trees to their surroundings. G1 Holly/Bay/Laurel/Pyracantha/Thuya - Trim back to the boundary to maintain to their surroundings.

T1 Bay - reduce to fence heigh or just below to maintain the tree better and reduce the risk of failing due to decay around the base T2 Holly - remove 1 limb overhanging garden only back to boundary

T1 Lime - Fell to near ground level and remove stump G2 Sycamore - Common law pruning to boundary to height of 5m above ground level - or, with owners' permission, slightly over boundary (max 500mm) to achieve good target pruning points G3 Sycamore - Remove one branch on southern side of canopy at 4m overhanging cycleway/footway - extensive damage at base of branch. Lift to 3.0m over footway by removing small diameter lower branches back to parent union.
