T11 - The lower limb on the car park side of the Tilia petiolaris will be removed to balance the crown and remove epicormic growth from this tree. Fell and remove the two small saplings growing underneath this tree. T12 -Remove epicormic growth from the two Tilia's growing in the island bed. The team will aso prune branches to give 1m clearance from lighting columns to allow light to illuminate the areas around each column
