Along the boundary with 18 Vinebank, Southampton - reduce the branches of the trees back to the boundary up to the height of the top of the roof of the house

T1 - to cut back Oak tree overhanging roof of property by 2m T2 - to fell Pine with severe lean over neighbouring property (no. 1 Lingwood Close) - concerned T3 - to fell large Pine tree with weak, exposed roots.

T1 - Oak tree - reduce crown on the house side by up to 25% removing no more than 2.5 meters on the sides to stop the branches encroaching onto the house and to let a bit more light into the garden. Remove first 3 branches back to the trunk to lift the canopy over the garage and car port to give adequate clearance over the garage roof.

T1 Holly - Remove Secondary twin leader growing over gateway back to main fork at 2.5m T2 Norway Maple - Fell to ground level. T3 Hazel - Coppice to a stool to regenerate. T4 Hazel - Coppice to a stool to regenerate. T5 Oak - Remove deadwood over roadside only. Crown raise to 5.5m to give headroom clearance for vehicles. T1 Yew - Reduce height to approximately 1m below BT wire. Trim up to 5cm to shape and push back overhang up to 50cm from number 77 drive while maintaining sufficient growth. T2 Holly - Reduce in height by 3-4 metres to suitable growth and prune laterals up to 1.5m as required to maintain an aesthetically pleasing shape as part of a collective crown with T3,T4 and T5. Lift to 2.4m over footpath to maintain statutory clearance. T3 Holly - Reduce in height by 3-4 metres to suitable growth and prune laterals up to 1.5m as required to maintain an aesthetically pleasing shape as part of a collective crown with T2,T4 and T5. Lift to 2.4m over footpath to maintain statutory clearance. T4 Yew - Reduce in height by 3-4 metres to suitable growth and reduce laterals by up to 2m to suitable growth points to maintain an aesthetically pleasing shape as part of a collective crown with T2,T3 and T5. Lift to 2.4m over footpath to maintain statutory clearance. T5 Yew - Reduce in height by 3-4 metres to suitable growth and reduce laterals by up to 2m to suitable growth points to maintain an aesthetically pleasing shape as part of a collective crown with T2,T4 and T5. Lift to 2.4m over footpath to maintain statutory clearance. T6 x 2 Holly Stems - Showing some signs of declining growth. Fell to ground level to allow understory to re-establish in it's place and to allow more sustainable future management. T7 Holly - Reduce in height by approximately 3m to match height of adjacent bamboo. Trim over up to 20cm to tidy. G1 Western Red Cedars - Reduce line of cedars in height by approximately 6m utilising a 21m MEWP. Crown lift to give 2m clearance from garage roof. Proposed works are to ensure a good/safe clearance is maintained.

T1 - Bhutan Pine - reduce low branches by approximately 8 feet to reduce possibility of future branch failure. T2 - Silver birch next to the Bhutan pine fell due to being in close proximity to the telephone pole and being crowded out by Bhutan pine. T3 - Ash adjacent to Fort road - crown raise over the pavement by removing first 3 limbs to ensure adequate clearance over the footpath. T4 - Silver birch next to gateway on Fort Road - crown raise to 10 feet to give better access for vehicles entering that car parking area. T5 - Silver birch by gateway adjacent to Portchester Road - reduce limbs by 2.5 meters on building side to keep them clear from the building and to better balance crown T6 - Silver birch in playground - reduce low limb by 2 meters to keep clear from low roof T7 - Horse chestnut - crown raise on building side by 3 meters to mitigate any future issues with brancnes hanging too low over playground or getting to close to the building. T8 - Lime - crown raise by removing epicormic shoots on the main stem up to where the crown of the tree starts. This is to allow better visibility under the tree and is good management for a pollarded tree T9 - Elm trees x3 fell as they are dead and could be a hazard to children playing around them T10 - Silver birch by basketball court - reduce end weight by removing approximately 2.5 meters of primary branch growth back to suitable secondary growth points of the leaning stem to reduce potential future failure of the stem as it appears to have included bark at the base
