Remove the lowest lateral branch from the Sycamore overhang the footpath adjacent to the 'no cycling' sign. Cut the 3/4 Ash Stem that lean heavily over the fence/footpath back to the fence line. Prune to achieve a 1.5 metre clearance from all street lamps. Prune the low branches from the end group of Sycamores overhanging the fence into the school playground by 2.5-3 metres. Clump of Birches (T3 - T8) - Fell due to decreasing/poor vitality, extensive colonisation of multiple fungi and proximity of applicant's and neighbour's dwelling(s) and outbuilding. Birch (T9) - Fell due to low amenity value, excessive shading of lower garden area and competition with adjacent Leyland Cypress. Birch (T10 - T12) - Fell due to decreasing/poor vitality and proximity of neighbouring fence-lines and vegetable garden. *All trees to be removed will be replanted with suitable replacements, to promote biodiversity and wildlife.

Tree Works -Western Red Cedar. Located just behind the left hand side boundary of the garden. The tree is suppressed from much larger trees behind so its forced to grow over the boundary, approximately 80% of the canopy overhanges the boundary. Dismantle the tree to below fence height to reduce encroachment and shading.

T1 Bay - reduce to fence heigh or just below to maintain the tree better and reduce the risk of failing due to decay around the base T2 Holly - remove 1 limb overhanging garden only back to boundary
