Erection of security fencing and gates

T1 - Quercus cerris, Turkey oak - Remove two secondary limbs at appropriate pruning point as per BS 3998, 7.2.5 Figure 2. Please refer to Photo 1. Prune all other overhanging branches no more than 2 metres off in places. If only allowed to reduce the branches in line with the property boundary fence this would less but would be effectively terminating branches between growth points.

T1 Oak - Reduce canopy over property back in line with remaining canopy approx 3m to get back to the boundary fence. Potentially slightly more on a few of the limbs. Deadwood and balance for arborcultural management

Replace existing fence with a 2m high fence

T1 Cherry - Clearing visible splay. Reduce spindly extended limbs by 2m to maintain the health of the tree G1 Laurel - Reduce to fence line to provide 2.5m clearance from building T2 Cypress - Fell dead tree (Image attached) T3 and T4 Cypresses - Fell due to sparse canopy and low arborcultural value

Erection of fence and gate (retrospective).

Sweet Chestnut 2003 branch c 10cm diameter at 10m ht E / wooden fence side with tear wound on underside c 2m from main stem. Potential weak point above play area - Remove whole branch back to main stem Oriental Sweetgum 2021 Branches touching building & canopy and lowest branch NE side low over entrance path before two steps to main door to reception - 1) prune to clear building/canopy by 0.5m 2) remove lowest branch on NE side back to main stem Swedish Whitebeam 57cm dbh - remove deadwood

Application for approval of details reserved by conditions 3 (external materials and finishes), 6 (details of finished levels), 7 (Construction Management Plan), 8 (foul and surface water drainage), 11 (habitat and species mitigation), 12 (details of walls ,fences and gates) and 17 (obscure glazing) of permission 19/01242/FUL for erection of a 2-storey, 3-bed house.

Erection of 1.8m high fence, wall and gate to front of property (partly retrospective)

T1 - Sycamore - Removal of epicormic growth to crown break and crown lift over to private garden to 4 meters. No height or spread to be affected These works are to be carried out to clear obstruction to private fence and grass area and to allow for future safety inspections
