Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission 23/AP/0586: Replacement of existing rear extension; replacement of the roof of existing side extension; alterations to the fenestration on the side elevation; and the construction of a rear dormer roof extension. Variation sought: Omission of 2no of windows to the side elevation and 1no of rooflights; reduction of the dormer size; 2no of rooflights on the main roof to be retained as existing.

Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission ref. no. 19/AP/2195: 'Redevelopment of the site to demolish the existing temporary accommodation unit at 66 Linden Grove and 1-2 Limes Walk with residential block, comprising of 27 new affordable homes contained within a 4 storey block and a row of terrace houses of 2 to 3 storeys. Refurbishment of 3 Limes Walk including internal and external elevational alterations only. Widening of pavement on Limes Walk, reconfiguration of car parking bays and landscape upgrade to an existing internal courtyard to provide landscaping and play space and the construction of a single storey garden building for the use of residents, located within the Estate's allotment area' to incorporate the provision of Air Source Heat Pumps at ground and third floors.

Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission ref. no. 21/AP/2305: Construction of a roof extension, front extension with balconies, ground to fourth floor rear extensions, excavation of the ground floor and the use of the building to provide five (2 bedroom) residential units, a side extension to provide an escape stair and passenger lift, proposed landscaping, and 2 garden rooms. Variation sought: Substitution of elevation and section drawings to show an updated glazing arrangement, alterations to the extent of brick / render and alteration to material of rear balustrade following detailed design phase.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission ref. no. 17/AP/2681: 'Demolition of existing dwelling and outbuilding and construction of 2 x three-storey semi-detached houses and a two storey house (all with basements). Provision of bike storage and bin storage and associated landscaping.' for the following changes: - Reduction in the footprint of the basement; - Repositioning of the dormers and front door; - Change to roof pitch at ground floor level; - Alterations to the internal arrangement; - Revised stair position; - Removal and reconfiguration of rooflights.

Variation of Condition 6 'Dormers and raised parapet walls to be constructed concurrently and in their totality' pursuant to planning permission 22/AP/1346 dated 24.02.2023 for 'External alterations including the construction of front and rear dormer windows to nos. 208-214, together with the removal of existing rooflights and raising the existing parapet walls, including at no. 206; the installation of air source heat pumps on the roofs of nos. 208-220; the installation of new timber framed shopfronts at nos. 214 and 220; and alterations to the existing fenestration on the Tower Bridge Road and Horselydown Lane elevations, including the alteration and replacement of existing windows, doors and panels.' The variation seeks to allow for the raised parapets to be implemented in pairs (and individually at no. 206) and for the dormers and air source heat pumps to be implemented individually on each property.
