Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission 23/AP/0586: Replacement of existing rear extension; replacement of the roof of existing side extension; alterations to the fenestration on the side elevation; and the construction of a rear dormer roof extension. Variation sought: Omission of 2no of windows to the side elevation and 1no of rooflights; reduction of the dormer size; 2no of rooflights on the main roof to be retained as existing.

Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 20/AP/0781 for 'Construction of a single storey L-shaped extension, dormer roof extension and extension of the existing basement. Creation of a dropped kerb and front parking area'. The amendment includes the following: alterations to the consented scheme in terms of materials and minor alterations in size.

Installation of solar panels to the south facing roof and associated alterations to the existing front, rear and side fenestration) to add and reconfigure the approval for the solar panels approved and minor adjustment, to the approved fenestration.

Variation of Condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission 21/AP/2637 for 'Construction of a single storey rear extention and L shaped dormer roof extension complete with alterations to rear facing windows' to amend the footprint of the rear extension to align with the recently approved rear extension to the neighbouring property at no.58 Goodrich Road.

Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 20/AP/2006 for 'Construction of a ground floor side extension with small pod garden and alterations. A dormer extension to the rear second floor loft space, a second floor extension to part of the rear with access to a small outdoor terrace space and alterations'. The amendment seeks the following: to alter the configuration of the layout to both the ground and first floor flat and increase the floor area of each flat. To amend the ground floor side extension roof light details and the dimensions of the proposed pod garden.
