Construction of rear dormer on the main roof. Replacement and enlargement of 2No front elevation roof window dormers. Alterations to front boundary treatment (wall and railings) along with landscaping. Alteration to 2nd floor rear fenestration (introduction of window dormer).

Construction of a single storey side-rear extension, with new patio, boundary treatment and associated landscaping works; installation of a rear dormer window, together with the insertion of rooflights into the rear roof slope, hipped roof slope and rear outrigger roof slope; and new boundary treatment to the front garden, with new landscaping and timber bin store.

Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission 18/AP/3869 dated 11th April 2019 for 'Variation of Condition 2 'Approved Plans' pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/4450 for: (Conversion of existing 4 bed house into 2 x 2 bed houses; Demolition of existing single storey rear projections and construction of two storey rear extension incorporating an enclosed balcony area for both houses; Construction of rear dormer for both houses with one roof light to each front roof slope; Partial removal of front boundary wall; Provision of hard landscaping to front; Provision of two cycle spaces for each house.) to allow for (i) a full width two storey rear extension to both houses incorporating full width enclosed balconies above (ii) two additional roof lights to the flat roof of the proposed rear dormers (iii) retention of the first floor front middle window'. The amendment consists of the following: -Increase the gross internal area of the basement per dwelling by 24.5m2 -The previously approved dormer flat roofs to be replaced with sloping pitched roofs of 8-10 degrees.
