The amendment seeks the following: dormer is increased from 3250 to 3900 and to rebuild the conservatory in brickwork and windows and not to extend full depth to create a 900 balcony.

The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the end of three years from the date of this permission. Conditions(s) Removal: Our client has advised that due to the impact of COVID-19 and the uncertainty surrounding the economy, as well as the constraints we are experiencing on our construction sites, this has caused a delay to our planned start date for the above project which was due to commence in August this year. We anticipate a revised start date later in 2021. Please extend the permitted development time frame to allow the development to be implemented.
