Variation of non material change for planning permission 21/AP/2303 dated 01/07/2021 and decison notice dated 23/08/202, the development shall be carried out in accordance with approved plans, for - Moving the proposed new side wall to the Open Dining / Kitchen area to 600mm off of the boundary between the applicants property and neighbours at No. 12 South Croxted Road. Also increase the height of the same wall from 2400mm to 3000mm.

Non material amendment to planning permission ref 20/AP/2209 dated 9th December 2020 for 'Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission ref 15/AP/4244 for Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) and 4 (landscaping) of planning permission 12/AP/2220, granted on appeal for: 'Erection of six 2/3 storey terraced houses (each 3 bedroom with an additional home, office room and amenity area at second floor level) and a detached 2 storey house (3 bedroom); with new access created from Talbot Road and new access road and hard and soft landscaping' to allow the following changes: -Adjustments to the road and houses levels to prevent damage to tree roots -Adjustment to the angle of the mono-pitch roof from approved 25 degrees to 20 degrees -Reduction in the height of the new approved boundary fence at the site from approved 2m to 1.8m -Replacement of the approved rear brick wall to courtyard facing the railway with timber panels fencing -External wall to bedroom 2 to be aligned with external wall of living room below (courtyard side) to increase the width of bedroom 2 to be the same as the living room underneath'.
