Minor amendment sought: for the erection of a rear left existing partition wall shared with no. 50 (instead of the dormer wall) behind the chimney stack and finish on a 300mm parapet wall over the property roof. Every particular feature or features of the existing approved plans and materials are to be retained.

Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/AP/1585 (Demolition and rebuilding of existing single-storey residential annex with additional first floor extension, erection of 2-storey side extension with accommodation at roof level served by front and rear dormer windows in place of existing garage, and provision of new screening on roof terrace facing school.) Changes proposed is to regularise approved boundary wall alignment by 200mm (B7 on plan) projection towards the school and boundary wall set back from tree (B1 on plan) by 150mm.
