At the rear, mansard structure to be set back behind the existing and retained butterfly roof profile. Two dormer windows to the rear, two patio doors to the front. Internal changes include changes to the partitions at lower ground floor level, reinstatement of the original partition layout at ground floor and the removal of non-original arched alcove soffits at first floor'.
