The amendment seeks the following: amendments to the overall height of the building and amendments to the boundary wall/fence proposals of the rear gardens. Minor amendments to the window positions, ramp sizes, internal layouts, and external material finishes. To substitute document relating to Condition 8, External Facing Materials. This is due to minor amendments to previously submitted external materials relating to that condition.
