Minor Material Amendment to planning consent 22/AP/1099 dated 27/07/2022 for part demolition of existing structure including garage, single and double storey side and rear extensions, front and rear garden reconfiguration including works to trees, provision of air conditioning condenser. The amendment seeks the following: Lower ground floor rear wall proposed opening reduced in height and width with timber framed casement window with muntin bar details in lieu of bi-folding doors; reduced rear garden landscaping excavation with lightwell to suit smaller opening; brick pier and steps with brickwork to match existing in lieu of proposed straight run steel stairs; reduced changes to rear facade negate proposal for white render to lower ground floor, rear facade shall now be brickwork to match existing.
