REVISED SPECIFICATION TO MATCH DULWICH ESTATE LICENCE T1. A Yew tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated close to the front right-hand corner of the house. Trim back from the house as necessary including the removal of deadwood, lifting branches overhanging the garage and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained. Minor growth in the lower portion of the tree may be removed up to the first branching approximately 4m above ground level to provide a clean trunk. T2. A Wild Plum tree approximately 9m in height, situated in the left-hand corner of the front garden adjacent to Alleyn Park. The tree is damaging the brick pier. a replacement tree is to be planted in a nearby location of the front garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration: Robinia pseudoacacia (Yellow False Acacia), Aesculus x carnea (Crimson Horse Chestnut), Tilia euchlora (Lime (non-drip)) The new tree should be planted during the next planting season with a stem girth of between 18-20cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3.5m.
