Demolition of the existing shed and construction of a new shed building and bike store to the side. Facade alterations to replace the existing windows and cladding. Renovation of the existing porch/garage to include a new roof, cladding and glazing. Installation of two rooflights to the rear roof slope. Boundary alterations to continue the existing hit and miss brick wall. Excavation works to create a lower patio level linking the new shed building to the main house and minor landscaping works to reform the front and rear gardens.

Non material amendment for minor alterations to existing planning consent 22/AP/1099 dated 27/07/2022 for part demolition of existing structure including garage, single and double storey side and rear extensions, front and rear garden reconfiguration including works to trees, provision of air conditioning condenser. Alterations to provide additional first floor rear window, rooflights repositioned, additional chimney to garden room, alteration to rear ground floor terrace glazing mullions, additional ornamental fish pond, alteration side storage shed, relocation of refuse area and location of services meters on side wall.

Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/AP/1585 (Demolition and rebuilding of existing single-storey residential annex with additional first floor extension, erection of 2-storey side extension with accommodation at roof level served by front and rear dormer windows in place of existing garage, and provision of new screening on roof terrace facing school.) Changes proposed is to regularise approved boundary wall alignment by 200mm (B7 on plan) projection towards the school and boundary wall set back from tree (B1 on plan) by 150mm.
