Enlargement of existing dormer to the rear and replacement of two rooflights of front roof slope. Enlargement of the basement with installation of lightwells ) to lower the roof of the rear extension by 300 mm at the rear extension, the external finish of the windows and doors to be changed to Bronze to match the timber cladding on the rear elevation. The decrease in the size of the front light well by moving the dwarf wall by 500mm towards the house to enlarge the length of the driveway.

The amendment seeks the following: - to change the upper flat from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom unit; - change the metal balustrade to a glass balustrade at second floor level; and - change to the window size at second floor level.
