Erection of a front pitched dormer and rear dormer, demolition of existing conservatory and construction of ground floor rear extension with external alterations including new windows and door casements and conversion of existing outbuilding into residential annex.

Change of use of the rear ground floor commercial class E units to residential to extend the first floor residential unit into a single 2 bedroom family residential unit. The front Class E shop unit remains with the addition of a WC space to be self-contained. Demolition of an existing infill conservatory and replaced with a flat roof extension with skylights to link the main house to the rear studio. Existing PVC windows are replaced throughout with double glazed timber windows. Existing rear aluminium doors to the current studio are replaced with 3 sliding doors and 2 roof skylights are added to the rear roof facade.

Variation to Condition 1, Approved Plans, pursuant to planning permission 19/AP/2123 'Addition of one and a half floors to existing 5 storey building to create an additional three bed self-contained residential unit at roof level'. The variation includes - Change of positioning for staircase access to the sixth floor - Width of the sixth floor layout increasing from approximately 7.37 metres to 12.40 metres to accommodate a lounge/conservatory space - Tables, chairs and Jacuzzi to the outdoor amenity space
